When Will You Receive Your Order?

Domestic Orders (within India):

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by inaccurate addresses, unserviceable pin codes, adverse weather, natural calamities, festivals, or political issues. In these cases, delivery could take up to 7-14 business days. Rest assured, we work hard to get your product to you as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Partial COD is available for orders below ₹999.

Delivery Signatures: Goods require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a family member, neighbor, or colleague to receive the package. Kakabura is not responsible for goods signed for by someone else.

Shipping-Related Issues: If you need to report a shipping issue, please do so before the product leaves our warehouse. Any post-delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery notification or the product itself.
